Gregory Hogan

Managing Principal

Mr. Hogan has over 30 years of experience as a real estate developer and attorney.  As the managing principal of the company, he is actively involved in all aspects of real estate development, including site selection, negotiations, contracts, feasibility, due diligence, financing, entitlements, design, licensing, asset management, and dispositions.

Mr. Hogan has practiced real estate, corporate and securities law in private practice and as in-house counsel for public and private companies with extensive experience in real estate transactions and litigation.  He has developed and brokered commercial and residential real estate throughout his career.

Mr. Hogan earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson.  He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Washington, and a member of the State Bar of Arizona and Washington State Bar Association.
