Gregory Hogan

Managing Principal

RED Group, LLC is led by Gregory Hogan, who has over 35 years of experience as a real estate developer and attorney.  As managing principal of the company, Mr. Hogan is actively involved in all aspects of real estate development, including site selection, contracts, feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, design, financing, licensing, asset management, and dispositions.

Mr. Hogan has practiced real estate, corporate and securities law in private practice and in-house for public and private companies with experience in real estate transactions and litigation.  He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona College of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Washington.  He and his wife live in Scottsdale, Arizona.
